Piano sheet music for "Flandre's Theme - U.N. Owen was her? COOL&CREATE remix"?

Well I found this video on youtube

learn the song, but the sheet music in the video description is
incorrect, and I can't find the real one! It would seem the sheet
music is availbale on synesthesia judging by this video

don't have synesthesia, and it has some extra bits that would be
physically impossible to play on a real piano. The song is also
sometimes incorrectly labelled as "Faerie's aire and death waltz" if
that helps anyone. Thanks!
